Blogroll
Should I or should I not create a blog roll? If I do, should it be all reading-oriented blogs or just blogs I love (which would be an insanely long blog roll). I never had one, but I do love to share. What do you think?
Finish That Bad Book?
Most book lovers feel compelled to finish reading a book no matter how boring, uninteresting, dense, or otherwise unlikeable it may be. I feel that way and have rarely just scrapped reading a book because I was struggling through it. Why? I think maybe it goes back to when we were being taught how to [...]
Alumni Bookshelf
Every so often I receive a magazine from my college. It’s one of those magazines they send to alumni, updating us on the goings on at Oswego State and proudly displaying the projects that donations from alumni have supported. Honestly, I don’t usually read it. I may flip through, but that’s about it. I actually [...]

Ch-Ch-Changes
I mentioned not long ago (at http://bookreviw5.today.com) that there were some changes coming for Reading is Sexy. Here it is. I switched over to Blogger from Today.com for hosting and purchased the domain http://www.readingssexy.com/ You should note there is no I in the URL. I could give the whole “team” speech, but since I am [...]
Review: My War — Killing Time in Iraq by Colby Buzzell
I never heard of Colby Buzzell’s blog “My War” back in 2004 when he started blogging from Mosul. He was there with the 23rd Infantry Regiment, 3/2 from Ft. Lewis. I did however receive a phone call from my boyfriend from Mosul in 2004. It wasn’t the longest call ever and he wasn’t my boyfriend [...]
